Wilderness expedition travel provides inimate and authentic immersion in my major source of artistic inspiration.
While the first expedition on the Missinaibi River in 2001 started as a personal artistic exploration it soon evolved to include crews of artists, researchers and journalists and exhibitions of the resulting work to raise awareness of the region I have been canoeing in for over 25 years; the Boreal Forest.
